About Foundations

Wagner foundations are designed to be as simple as possible which allows for minimum foundation costs.

As part of our standard delivery, we provide our customer with a detailed foundation print showing the recommended foundation size and specific dimensions required as well as air, water, and electrical requirements. After our customer has submitted the actual foundation plans from their architect, Wagner engineers will review the plans and make recommendations as to how they may be improved for better maintenance and reliable operation.
