High-speed presses capable of up to 800 rev/min with extremely high feeding accuracies (+/- 0.05 mm) result in high-volume outputs and perfect sheets. A wide variety of end products are used in the architectural, industrial, and consumer goods businesses.

The machines are built in such a way that the components used in the machine do not suffer from the high-frequency vibrations inherent in a perforating job. Software developed in-house makes it possible to plan and program the machines from an office.

Typical Machine Specs

Type 1:

CNC all-across perforating press type 600 MR 20 with automatic sheet input transfer. Sheets of up to 6 mm thickness and 2000 mm width. Capacity of 6000 kN and speed of up to 300 str/min.

Type 2:

Fully automatic CNC all-across perforating press type 125 MR 10, with a capacity of 1250 kN.
