The automotive industry is requiring more and more trapezoidal pre-cut sheets for the production of car body parts, in order to avoid scrap material. For this purpose, swinging shears are an ideal solution.

Typical Machine Specs

Type 1:

Cut-to-length line for sheets of up to 3 mm thickness and 1600 mm width. The speed is 120 m/min and accuracy is +/- 0.1mm.

Type 2:

Automatic, electronically-driven swinging shear in a cut-to-length line for aluminum up to 3mm thickness and 2200 mm width. Interchangeable tools with straight knives and curved knives.
