If
you ask us to handle tool development and trials, we put your job
through its practical paces on one of the machines shown in the
picture below.
The
Development Center includes a tool making and heat treatment shop,
a metallurgical laboratory in which we examine raw material and
tooling during tryouts, and a battery of testing instruments --
for measuring compressive loads, for instance.

Test Center |
|
We keep a battery
of Hatebur Coldformers and Hotformers including an AMP 20S and an
AMP 30S -- just for testing and tool trials.
The Center also
has a tool making shop and hardening shop, a laboratory for metallurgical
investigations and an allotment of auxiliary equipment. And, of
course, the specialists who know how to handle all of it.
Tools for intricate
jobs: we design, manufacture and test them for you.
