Hotmatics Hotformer: AMP 40S

Hotmatic AMP 40S four-die Hotformer for precision forgings up to 85 mm in diameter and 1.1 kg cut-off weight.

Teamed with an induction heater and bar rack, this Hotformer is a complete, self-contained production facility. Hot-rolled bars feed in at one end, pierced precision forgings drop out at the other. The forgings have no flash, no draft, because they're formed in closed dies.

Hotmatics Hotformer: AMP 50 and AMP 70

The biggest automatic Hotformers for precision forgings weighing up to 5 kg.
