Noise Abatement Cabin

It protects your employee's ears and nerves: a closed, ventilated cabin that completely encloses the Hotmatic. This is because additional acoustic covers over the conveyor and gons are in place.

For tool changes, the tool area is easily accessible through a large, electrically monitored sliding door.

On the AMP 30S, several electrically monitored doors provide access to the machine for servicing. On AMP 20S, entire sections of the cabin can be shifted for this purpose.

Bar Heaters

If you want to get the most out of the Hotmatic, you should team it up with an induction heater. Induction heaters are ready to go when you press the button.

There's no warm-up time. They work fully automatically. The temperature is adjustable and always stays the same.

Surface decarburization and scale loss are minimal. A number of manufacturers build induction heaters specifically matched to our Hotmatics. We'll be glad to advise you.

Cut material cost even more: switch to wire

If you equip your AMP 20S with this wire feeding system, you can use coiled wire instead of bar stock.

Advantage: Hot-rolled wire in coils is even cheaper than bars. And it's easier to handle and store.

You save metal too, because the bar end waste is drastically reduced. Remember: even a 2-ton coil has only two ends.

Switch to wire: What you need
A wire decoiler and straightener and the DVG wire advance unit, which feeds the cold wire through the heating station and into the Hotmatic's feed rolls.
